Back in Salamanca.

Hola!

Sorry I forgot to update yesterday, but I’ll write this really quick and post it. Yesterday wasn’t that exciting. I woke up at 7:30 to go to the airport for my 11:40 flight and one of my roommates was just getting in from the last night of partying. We got dressed and took the metro to the airport, only to find out that you can’t take the metro straight to the airport. We asked a worker there and he told us to take the metro to Cataluña, transfer to the bus station, and then take a rail to the airport. We were on stress out mode since we believed our flight left at 11:00 and it wasn’t until I double checked the ticket and saw the flight was at 11:40 that we finally relaxed.

The flight was uneventful, except for a crying baby behind me for most of it, but it was only an hour long. I got a Happy meal from McDonald’s for lunch and then we caught the bus back to Salamanca. The bus stop is a 30 minute walk from the apartment. I showered and then rested until dinner. We had the really yummy choriza pizza. I read some of my book and went to sleep. All in all a fascinating day, I’m sure. Hopefully I have a more exciting day today.
