Free Harry Potter!!

Hello!

Today was a normal day. We did the normal breakfast and walk to class routine. My language class was boring, as usual. We finished up past tenses and started doing ser versus estar. Woohoo, party on! In history we are still doing the 1500s. I also realized that I only have three more weeks of school and we’re still 400 years behind in my CONTEMPORARY history class. But whatever, my teacher wore a blue t-shirt with two blue watches. Literature was the same as always, where we read a poem and then discussed it. In culture we watched a video about San Fermín and Salamanca.

Then we had an incredibly large lunch. She made a cream soup with milk, cheese, onions, potatoes, etc. It was actually pretty good. I thought we were done because I was quite full, but no. she brought out this whole egg and tuna dish. She then served me 4 eggs and Dana 3, which she mentioned at dinner was because I eat more. I really need to start serving myself.

ISA had a meeting at 6. I love ISA and I am so glad I came to Spain with them. Every time we do something, they have a surprise, or sorpresa if you will. Toledo=Hotel with swimming pool. Santander=tour on a train, and today=free viewing of Harry Potter 7 Part 2 in Spanish on July 21st. However, this is not going to stop me from seeing it on my birthday. In fact, Alyssa and I walked all the way to the theater to buy tickets for opening day, only for them to tell us that we can’t buy them yet. So, we’re going to buy them online tomorrow. And on the way back from the theater, we found tapioca tea! It made my day, but made me less prepared for dinner. I forced myself to eat the sandwich she made us because I know I needed the veggies, but my tummy hurts from all the food I ate today. Especially because I didn’t mention the ice cream I bought earlier.

Anyway, I’ll be back tomorrow to report on the soccer game we’ll be playing against summer 2. Wish me luck!
